Welcome to the home of the FEM's benchmarking and research group.
Over the coming weeks and months we are going to undertake a number of interesting research projects which we hope you will participate in.
In particular, we are launching a number of on-going projects to monitor and review the performance of service providers in all key areas of expatriate management.
Our surveys will be the most wide ranging and comprehensive surveys ever undertaken in our industry. The surveys will be used to help service providers enhance their levels of customer service. The survey results will also be available on request to help corporates as they undertake vendor reviews.

Our first survey is focused on Vendor Performance in the Expatriate Tax sector.
Our second survey on Vendor Performance in the Relocation Managment industry will be launched shortly.
