Best Practice Workshop - "Getting the most from your RFP"
As part of our drive to encourage members to share learning within the FEM community, we plan to host a series of Benchmarking and Best Practice Sessions. These events will be led by experienced practitioners and chaired by the Forum. The first session will be "Getting the most from your RFP" and will allow in-house global mobility professionals to share best practice in managing the RFP process. We will also have speakers from selected vendors to share the service provider perspective on RFP management.
